Below I have formulated some ways to solve
all your WINODWS REGSTRY related problems
Error Message: “Windows
Registry has been disabled by Your
Administrator

Method 1
·
Type gpedit.msc at the command prompt
·
In the left section point to user
configuration --> Administrative Templates -->System
·
Find this entry in the right panel “Prevent
Access to the Registry Editing tools”
·
Double click it --> In the opened window
change setting to Enabled
·
Now run regedit.exe again. It will not run
because you have disabled it yourself. This gives virus an impression that
there is no need to disable regedit.exe because it is already disabled!!
·
Now to enable it just change the setting to
Disabled or Not Configured.

Method 2
